Does /usr/local/bin/acroread exist?  Have you installed acroread?  
Look for the file that contains /usr/local/bin/acroread (sorry, I 
can't recall what file it is) and ensure that /usr/local/bin/acroread 
points to where acroread is actually located.

You have not correctly configured the code that parses the PDF files.
