The
key question here is whether you are talking about a single login, or multiples.
As far as I know, htdig can handle a single authentication, but not
multiple.
If you
look at http://www.htdig.org/htdig.html you
will see the -u option described.
You
may want to consider setting up a specific user account for htdig. If you have
multiple logins setting up a common user account may get around the single
acount restriction.
