Hi,
I'm new to htdig and before I sink into the the whole doc, I would
like to ask the subject question.

I need to add a search engine to my website, but can't assure that
htdig is installed on the server machine. Could I:

1) install htdig on my machine
2) dig the website on my machine
3) upload the dig results (both regular files and mysql tables)
4) upload the htsearch binary into the remote cgi-bin directory, and
use it throw php to give a (very) custom presentation to my results

Is it just fantasy?

Thanks.
