On upgrading, how to go from an older to the latest version?
Is a new install required? Or, can it be done via FTP, patches,
selective file-transfers, etc.?
Is there a URL which might set out the method, feasability, etc.?
Would there be a problem in upgrading (if upgrading is possible)
from previously highly-customized installations?
