I've now successfully tested it on Red Hat Linux 4.2, 5.0 & 5.1.
No problems yet. I noticed that Leo found & fixed a problem in regex.h,
which showed up on AIX.

What about this whole issue of ampersands in URIs? Should we try to
tackle this right away, or put it off to 3.2? It doesn't seem like a
show stopper to me, but if the current way htsearch deals with its input
variables is causing anyone grief, now's the time to speak up.
