I vote to put it off to 3.2. From the discussion going on today, it looks
like it doesn't have an easy solution now. Furthermore, it probably would
require finishing up the URL.cc rewrite which will translate SGML entities.
This may take some time and will require some significant testing IMHO
(remeber all the bugs fixed when I put HtSGMLEntities into the HTML
parser?).
