Someone else reported a bug in the same section under Solaris/x86. As far
as I could figure out, it was a bug in the system strftime, but couldn't
make any sense as to the reason. Just as Gilles said, I could only imagine
a problem with the range on strftime, but that didn't seem to be a problem
with the earlier report.
