In some sense, yes. I have not done the database changes. But I was
desperately hoping someone would volunteer to help with the search piece.
The database isn't the only thing (obviously) for phrase searching. Since
most people are familiar with quotes, it seems like a reasonable indicator
of a phrase search. But then you have to worry about booleans and fuzzy
searching on phrases and rewriting things so quotes aren't tossed with
valid_punctuation, etc.
In short, I wasn't as interested in that side of it.

As I said, I'm quite willing to do the database side. And you certainly
don't have to reverse-engineer anything. That's the whole purpose of the
list--if something's unclear, you ask questions and hopefully people can
help you out. :-)

I've tried to keep my coding style to match Andrew's. I've been slowly
making some style changes, like more liberal use of comments. But Andrew
has also done a wonderful job in writing readable code.
