I can easily add a database to the bug-tracking system (anyone who has an
account on the bug tracking system can). Of course this means people will
have to get accounts. Lat time I suggested this, only Gilles volunteered.

I'll do this right now. I'll make two new folders: "Development Projects"
and "Resolved Projects" so that finished projects can be moved into a safe
place.

BTW, anyone who wants an account on the developer side of the bug database
should let me know...
