I've checked your code. Patch applied with a few inessential rejects and
compiles. All, except htdig works. htdig core dumps in Document::Retrive
method.
Which problem exactly do you have?
Following you, I'll move Configuration2 to Configuration in my variant
If this doesn't help to find problem I propose to approach in a 2 steps:
Replace Configure by new one
Change code to use new functionality
I checked my patches on RedHat6 with bison-1.27. All works fine.
