I came up with the conclusion that we should advertise Joe's great work better.
I think we *should* have key patches on htdig.org, and I think we
probably should move them from contrib/other to a more obvious place
like files/patches.
I'm still not sure about "pending" patches... Should I just make
folders in the bug database for this? One way or another, I think we
need something like the Apache "STATUS" file where we can all see
status of projects, pending patches, things to do, feature and code
freezes, etc.
If I added a file to the CVS repository, would people use it? Are
there any better solutions for this?
