Yes, either g++ or egcs-c++, whichever SuSe makes available. It may also
be that your libstdc++ is only the runtime shared library. If SuSe is
anything like Red Hat, chances are the development version of libstdc++
is in a separate package, which you'll need to install. Most installations
by default load up all the runtime libraries, but few if any compilers,
headers and development libraries.
