I divided the patch htdig-3.1.3.diff and placed the fragments in the patch
site. To make them distinct from other patches they all end with ".diff"

        Display.cc.diff
        DocumentDB.cc.diff
        HTML.cc.diff
        Retriever.cc-h.diff
        Server.cc-h.diff
        String.cc.diff
        cgi.cc-h.diff
        htString.h.diff
        htsearch.cc.diff

Retriever.cc-h.diff is the culprit; I backed it off, and everything worked
without a problem.

Joe
