This kind of implies that the code is GPL but not really GPL. You'd be
amazed to see how apparently well educated people believe they can tamper
with the GPL to restrict it's commercial use, although it explicitly
states :

This usually means: that's free as long as I don't hope to make money
out of it, let's exclude Windows/Mac users because they are bozzos,
let's exclude companies because they are thieves, just allow pure
Linux hackers like myself to use it for free.
The docs/{commercial,use}.txt are empty, unfortunately. The docs/COPYING
file is a plain GPL version, however.
