I'm trying to commit these changes right now, but cvs.htdig.org is not
being very co-operative. Ping shows up to 38% packet loss, and after
waiting almost a half hour for one commit to go through, I cancelled
it and tried to restart, but it hung again. Am I the only one having
this problem, or has everyone else given up in frustration, as I'm on
the verge of doing?
