[htdig3-dev] Oops!

I have to head off to a meeting. It was just pointed out that 
www.htdig.org and dev.htdig.org/htdig-3.2/ point to 3.2.0b1 in the 
"download it" link.

Could someone edit maindocs and devdocs appropriately? Otherwise, it 
will be a good 2 hrs before I can get to it.
