See the new rundig script in installdir/ and the upgrade guide in
htdoc/upgrade.html. :-)
Right now, htmerge will fail silently if you're not merging. I previously
asked if this was the best idea. I don't really know--certainly if it gave
an error message it would make people notice. Thoughts?
