As far as servers seen, those come from the -s flag for htdig. I see the
"Not found" bits in htdig, so I'm not sure why you don't see them.
(They're in Retriever.cc.)

I guess you missed the "discussion." (I asked if anyone had feedback...)
The htmerge program now *just* merges databases--it seems like it fits its
name a bit better. To remove URLs and so on, run the new htpurge program.
