Yeah, I know. But the db/ code is based on the package from Sleepycat and
they throw in 68K.gcc, parisc.gcc, sparc.gcc, x86.gcc but no ppc.gcc.

I haven't had the guts to work out the ppc.gcc file--the rest look like
assembler to me. If you can do it, I'll be happy to test it. (Or perhaps
we can get some of the linuxppc-dev people to help.)

I admit I haven't checked to see if libdb-3.x source RPMS exist for PPC
since they might have the appropriate file.
