OK.  We still should do a words.Skip();, though, shouldn't we?  Maybe it's
not needed because nothing's been added to the word list at this point,
but there seems to be a lot of other places in that switch statement that
the code does a words.Skip() before the break.  A notable exception is the
case of documents retrieved but not changed.  Would anyone else care to
comment?  This seems to be inconsistent behaviour in the Retriever code.
