The words.Skip() is a holdover from the days when you needed to write +/-
to the wordlist file to make sure htmerge removed words. Nowadays words
are cleared out by htpurge when the document is deleted.
The words.Skip() method just clears out the word cache. Yes, it should
probably call this for the "retrieved, not changed" case for consistency.
