first of all, i'm using ht://Dig version 3.1.5.
now my questions:
(1)
i'd like to change the date format to: 12.Dec.2000, i.e. i
intend to display the month as three-character string (in
english, but optional german preferred: 12.Dez.2000).
i didn't found out how to realize this point.
(2)
how can i avoid passages of multiple spaces in the
description excerpt?
for any reason breaks are transformed into white spaces,
therefore multiple spaces often occur in the excerpt given
by htDig.
(3)
i'd like to include the feature to search for topics using
the + and - operator, e.g. "+water +ice" to match both water
and ice (boolean and) whereas "+water -ice" will only match
water but not ice.
if those operators aren't present, the normal
"or"-searchmode should be activated by default.
i don't want the user first to specify multiple menu
settings for each search query first.
is there anybody who could help me with that questions?
