CVS can use either the pserver protocol and port or RSH. But of course the
CVS authors were smart and let you use another program instead of rsh.

Yes. I managed to cut the tip of my right index finger. Not so good for
typign, (sic).

You *can* do this right now, but why don't we wait until we get a CVS tree
up on SourceForge and we can make all the CVS changes at once.

Actually htdig.org is behind a firewall right now that's Andrew's machine.
It's routing most protocols, but not SSH.
