I am very sorry, but the patch I posted a few days ago had a bug that caused a
SIGSEGV when more results than available were wanted. I did not see the bug
earlier, because the problem occurs only after showing all the results and my
templates were arranged so that I never saw a difference. I am reposting the
patch (hopefully bugfree) now against htdig-3.2.0b3-010701:
