Works for me. :-) In general, my feeling is that people who don't write test cases don't have a right to expect that features for which there is no test coverage will continue to work. In specific, I don't know the answer to your other question; much of that code was "written" by me, mainly by quickly porting stuff from Python and then fixing only the minimum necessary to get the tests to pass.
