Hi Asankha,
I made a confirmation for [1], maybe because I am in China, while
accessing [1], automatically selecting a most nearest mirror
site(http://mirror.bit.edu.cn/apache/) for me, then, in the most nearest
mirror site, still is HttpClient 4.2.3 (GA).
Whether you can get the same result while changing your mirror site
intohttp://mirror.bit.edu.cn/apache/ ?
Thanks

Tang and all
The ASF project sites are hosted on multiple hosts. It appears that
hosts 140.211.11.131 and 192.87.106.229 are out of sync. I get different
content if I repeatedly hit refresh button on my browser.
I am about to release HttpClient 4.2.5 and update the site. If that does
not fix the problem I'll report it to infrastructure.

.However, from the following maven repo[2], I found
that 4.2.4 can be used. So,
My question is that,
Is 4.2.4 truely released and why it is not written in [1]?
Its truly released .. and I do see it under [1]
