Sebastian The problem is that the project site behaves erratically due to two hosts having different content. There is apparently some sort of load distribution mechanism most likely based on DNS round-robin. Depending on location and luck (or lack thereof) when hitting hc.apache.org you might either get site content deployed at 4.2.4 or 4.2.3. Bin/src distributions are actually fine.
