Now I am beginning to regret we have introduced ReasonPhraseCatalog at all. One
can override the reason phrase in HttpService whichever way their heart
desires. This problem does not seem to have an elegant generic solution, so
probably it should not be a part of HttpCore at all.
Yes, NIO extensions do make use of HttpRequestHandler interface.
