Most of the shots are from the same origin, except for the nadir shot, which often has some translation. But so far I've failed at adding even a small amount of translation without everything going haywire. I should shoot a simple example that I can post and get feedback on. To me, this is an important issue because without support for translation it's very difficult to stitch sphericals with a nadir shots or hand-held sphericals.
