Hugin is using the exiv2 library for reading exif data. So I assume
the used exiv2 version does not yet support your lens.
I am using the current release (v0.23). I looks like there has been a
patch that fixes this issue, so hopefully there will be a new release soon.
But you can enter the lens name in the load distortion dialogue (maybe
something like "Sigma 18-200 II DC" is sufficient).
