I'm using a nodal ninja to shoot all my panos. Assuming all my panos are 
shot with the exact same settings (number of shots, arrangement of images 
etc...) what is the process for setting up a template file and then 
stitching multiple panos based on this template? Is this possible?

The only image that varies from each sequence is the one I take to make up 
for the ground the tripod was covering. All the images are taken in the 
same order each time.
