As I said last night, I ran the remove alpha channel command line and can open the image in GIMP, without it going back to UFRAW, but for the life of me, ASP won't recognise the file. It says it is processing 138 images and when it finishes it then says 134 images (I made a couple of variants of the original for testing purposes). The only thing that I haven't done is to reboot the computer, but I will check this afternoon when I get home. We are getting closer to an answer, but we are not quite there yet.
