Thanks for the fix. Just one point: changing things without changing the
version number is evil. I will now have to invent an "upstream version
number" which you have not used and most likely will never use just to
package the new tarball for Debian.

What kind of feedback? I can provide you the viewpoint of a second-level
distributor, but I'm not sure what you're asking for.
