Suggest you study up on what "switching at ELF" "RF" and "brainwave
frequency" is to see just how fluffy these assertions are.
We have no TETRA, or anything like it, in my part of the world, or most of
the world for that matter.
How about old analogue TV, with frames running at 25 (or 30, 0r 29.97)
Hertz, the world over, at far higher powers than cell networks , or DTV for
that matter ?
