Similar to fluoridation - mass medication without permission.
Education about thyroid/iodine deficiency would be preferable with
iodine supplements taken under recommendation from a doctor. I consume
a high salt content as most of us do. It's put into so much consumer
food it's almost unavoidable, and when you do cook fresh produce you
automatically add it while doing so, if not you add it from the salt
cellar at the table as food tastes bland without it. It's almost
addictive, perhaps it is. Anyway despite my salt intake this morning,
( a canteen full English ) I can't hear any Hum at all. Avoid too much
salt, it's bad for high blood pressure and water retention.
