this is terrible please read we need protection
Not only terrible but also totally factually incorrect.
With cell-phone towers (as well as FM transmitters), the transmitted power
is constant, totally independent of the signals or data modulated on them.
AM transmissions, especially those with suppressed carrier, have a variance
of power with modulation. Most secondary school physics students should
know that.
