I don't think they did more than prove the circuit complete before
they had that component go  'pop'.
Mind you ,we never know if there's a spare running somewhere :)
Seriously, when the heavy duty testing/work restarts we will no doubt
get a better clue on the whole issue- but the results  will probably
take a lot of time and be completely buried in science..
