Sorry Trev but that absolute fortune was paid way back in the 90's concerning laser strengths. That level of interference wouldn't cost a fortune not with the advanced sophisticated equipment they have at their fingertips nowadays. All their science started off at the absolute fortune end 20 plus years ago. Now the science has come around to COTS, off the shelve, lowering their costs.
They lowered their costs many years ago so that level of interference would not have a 'MUST COST AN ABSOLUTE FORTUNE". Hitting the sun with pulsed laser of MW could easily be part of a satellite's sophicated array of devices. The United States STAR WAR program never ended, the funding for it just went off the books. It has been quite obvious for some time, our night sky is made up of a multitude of satellite constellatons. Common sense says part of the Hum we experience is because of the multitude of devices of machines at work in our atmosphere in the art of manipulation and control as well as at work in blanketing the planet with its constant transmission signal of remote sensing. We hear those machines at work I am not trying to attack you. Please do not think that. I just think you don't give them enough credit for how advanced their science and technology has become, especially over the course of the last 10 years. ,and though people used to be pretty powerless in the old days, they had a sort of comfort zone of superstitious fears that seemed manageable with a bit of local magick! It's obvious they do have a bag of tricks up their sleeves of smoke and mirors of chemtrails and satellites, but it's quite evident they are managing that comfort zone of theirs quite well.
