(This is follow-up to a series of posts I made to the Yahoo Hum group, I though would join/post here too, because other local sufferers might be reading this. I posted under the name Greenhorn3K on the Yahoo group.)
(After a year of HELLISH insomnia, I am 95% SURE the HELLISH sound/ vibration in BRANDON, Florida is: RADIO ANTENNAS!) I have had such VERY poor sleep because I do not know when the sound will start, it is completely awful! The reason for my discovery is that the DIRECTION of the sound COMPLETELY CHANGED in early August (from due North to due South) and the sound was so intense that it is (still) hurting my ears, some sort of wave that is oscillating like an accordion, cycling low to lower, low to lower... I reasoned that a industrial plant could not pack up and move, so I set out to triangulate the sound, and discovered it MUST be the antennas!! Strangely, the sound disappears the closer I get to the antennas (hence the 95%, not 100% certainty), but these large antennas must be heating the air or something causing sound waves. I guess it would take a physicist to tell me why it is relatively quiet by the antennas, but then again, I have not been inside a building NEAR them! It is ALWAYS WORSE INSIDE! I have been SO exhausted, I have been knocking myself out with Melatonin to cope, and I haven't had the energy to look, but I am sick and tired of being victimized by this! -------------------------------------------------------------------- It turns out my residence is roughly in a line between the North antennas I found previously and the South Antennas! -------------------------------------------------------------------- It is very sad that when they design such antennas that callously leave out the HUMAN FACTOR. DAMN this untested/inhuman technology! I could NOT be the only one here (in Brandon, FL) suffering, people just do NOT know what it is!! Now, there are multiple antennas, and since the sound disappears the closer I get, is there any National Database of Powerful antennas that could determine which antenna could be causing it? The sound has gotten WORSE, but NOW I HAVE KNOWLEDGE!! P.S. I say "a year" (even though I wrote in the past that it started in December) because I recently found a note I wrote dated Jul 30, 2008 that I forgot about, (insomnia is very bad for your memory), and I originally thought it was Water pumps causing the insomnia-inducing vibration, so I sort of dismissed what happened pre-December.
