This hide and seek effect seems to be a hallmark of Hum, to me. One thing I ought to mention is have you noticed any chemtrails around either differentially N-S or there/not there when you got the change of Hum? This sample I put on here and took last year shows a high level contrail [normal] and two side by side low level CTs. I don't think given the intense laying down would indicate this as a prime function ,ad hoc, but this may have been discovered by accident- just like Hum... and this could well be identified close to UHF Tx , if unlucky enough to be sensitive to it. You are in a good position to report on this if youi can assist here.
