If you hear a noise that others cannot hear, which follows you around wherever you and cannot be attenuated by ear protectors, ear plugs, pillows and the like, then you must accept the fact that the noise is being generated within your own body.
You may simulate the Hum using various means as many have in the past, but this would be a sound wave and not the Hum and I cannot see what it would achieve. Some people use radios, electric fans, white noise generators and the like to blot out the Hum, likewise the use of diet and mineral supplements can at best only relieve the symptoms and discomfort, they will not remove the pollution which causes the Hum.
