I was writing about Tesla's scalar waves on this forum ages ago. Teslatronics, is what I call it. Linked in with crop circles, chemtrails, The Hum and much much more. The ultimate weapons system as energy can be transmitted and manifested anywhere. A repressed technology, and for good reason. It's what Khrushchev was banging on about quite literally. While I'm here, David Icke's new book mentions HAARP in relation to chemtrails and to what it/they are really for, and I believe it's the cause of The Hum.
