Unless our problem here is totally different than everyone else's they
don't seem to get what's needed to track this down.  You can't simply
measure this crap for the purpose of "an indentifiable give away", you
have to do area wide (25 mile range minium) testing and plot date and
evalute where the highest level of ILFN frequency intensities are.
Ours is measurable,but unless you have a bench mark to measure against
the quantitative data is not important.  It is the change and the
location of the highest SPL's that ID the location.

maybe my fresh new idea is tough to swallow for many...  I'm refering
to the article which is intersting becasue I  have given Leventhall
the background to this theory - thanks
