Hi All I live in Baton Rouge LA and have just found your site. I have had this Hum Rumbling noise for about 6 months. I am 63 and the strange thing is I am 75% deaf I wear hearing aids It is driving me Crazy I can't sleep or concentrate on anything it is consuming my life and I want it back. I have a severe case of what ever this is I hear it inside as much as outside and all the time. My husband does not hear it but is seeing what it is doing to me and is worried. To think that this could be caused by ELF or HARRP or any other man made thing is unthinkable. I am so sorry that you all have to go through this but I am glad to find out I am not crazy. All my family just laugh when I tell them.
