At times when the Hum level is very high some sufferers finr it difficult if not impossible to get to sleep For these unfortunate people may I suggest the following simple experiment that may help On the bed lay either on your front or on your back so that the head is in a vertical position, Do Not lay with the head resting on the side. When trying this experiment allow at least 15 minutes with the head in the vertical position. The campaign was called Back to Sleep were parents were advised to lay the infant on its back to reduced the possibility of Cot Death. This is not just a coincidence for there are several other pointers that show a connection between the Hum and Cot Death -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hum Sufferers" group.
