hwloc (Hardware Locality) 2.0.3 is now available for download.

2.0.3 addresses all known bugs in the 2.0 series, and brings some
minor improvements.
Summary of the changes since 2.0.2:
* Fix build on Cygwin, thanks to Marco Atzeri for the patches.
* Fix a corner case of hwloc_topology_restrict() where children would
become out-of-order.
* Fix the return length of export_xmlbuffer() functions to always
include the ending \0.
* Fix lstopo --children-order argument parsing.
Changes since rc1 are minor XML fixes.
Most of these changes are also in 1.11.12.
