hwloc (Hardware Locality) 1.11.12 is now available for download.

1.11.12 addresses all known bugs in the 1.11 series, and brings some
minor improvements.
Summary of the changes since 1.11.11:
* Fix a corner case of hwloc_topology_restrict() where children would
become out-of-order.
* Fix the return length of export_xmlbuffer() functions to always
include the ending \0.
Changes since rc1 are minor XML fixes.
All these changes are also in 2.0.3.
There will likely be additional ultrastable 1.11.x releases in the future,
even after 2.1.0 is released.
