yes, you can connect the CS1x and the RM1x together...the good thing is that
the CS1x and RM1x both use the same XG (yamaha) controllers for filters and
envelopes, so you don't have to change this...and you can use the audio in
of the CS1x so you don't need a mixer to mix the audio of both the CS1x and
RM1x...
remember: the CS1x doesn't have a real multitimbral mode.....only midi
channel 1 plays performances, channels 5 till 16 play 1 layered sounds......
