You just have to use job 11: Copy Event (manual page 89). Set Phrs= to the
phrase you want to edit. Then set the region you want to copy, in your case
M001:1:000 ~ M002:1:000. Then set the start point at M002:1:00 and set times to
x03. After this, just DO! it... ;-)
