i can speak for myself and my main controller the an1x and say that
there is a setting in the control matrix for velocity response where you can set
it to be fixed anywhere between 1 and 127. now i don't own a nord lead nor do i
know much of one, but i would guess there may be something similar if you can
find anything about setting up a velocity curve. otherwise you can just mass
edit a quantity from such and such bar:beat:clock to another such bar:beat:clock
on your rm1x. i believe you would want to use job number 2 which subsequently
is called Modify Velocity. I guess another option you could use but i'm not
sure would help much or not(as velocity mainly controls volume and without any
velocity you wouldn't hear any notes) is to filter out all velocity information
using the midi filter under the utility mode.
